Delivery and returns


Please note we do not stock items, all items are ordered from our supplier when we receive orders. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days.

Your order should take 2-3 working days (not including bank holidays) to reach you once we have dispatched it, you will receive a notification either by email and/or text once we have sent your order along with a tracking number (if applicable).

**Please Note that any personalised items are not returnable**

We are happy for you to return unwanted goods within 30 DAYS from the date of delivery excluding any personalised products.

All returns must follow the following strict guidelines:

  • Items must be returned with all original tags attached
  • Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be clean and in a re-saleable condition

Any item returned in an unacceptable condition (including makeup stains, with loose hairs etc), will not be accepted, and the full order will be returned back to you.

Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay the return postage costs.

Upon receiving the returned goods, and if the items are returned as per our return guidelines, we will issue an exchange, or refund to your original method of payment less the original postage costs.
